Yes, if you are going to have any type of procedure we require that a driver accompany you on the day of your visit.
Yes. First you will have to obtain the permission of the prescribing Physician. We will then work with you to coordinate the length of time you will have to be off of the medication before your procedure.
Yes. This is very important! Please bring ALL of your medications with you OR a complete list of all medications with the doses.
Yes. You will need to bring any x-rays including MRI or CT scans that you might have had recently. If you do not have the films please bring the Name and Telephone number of the center where you had the x-rays performed.
